Low Level Laser Therapy

We are currently using low level laser, or cold laser therapy to treat many dental conditions and TMJ pain. Cold laser therapy is non- invasive, so you won't feel a thing when it is applied. The results we have seen have been amazing.

This virtually invisible light source reduces pain, kills infection, and accelerates healing. Cold lasers are energy healing lasers that operate in the visible and near infrared light range at wave lengths of 600 to 900 nanometers.

Cold lasers use laser light energy to reduce pain. We use them to
treat injuries, lesions, infections, and chronic pain conditions.
Cold lasers have been used by healthcare professionals for over thirty-five years throughout the world. They are just starting to be used in the United States. They have been proven to stimulate the immune system, deliver analgesic and anti-inflamatory effects, improve blood circulation, and speed tissue regeneration.

We have seen decreased inflammation of gum tissue, decreased bleeding and overall improvement in periodontal health with treatments utilizing out 808 nanometer laser that penetrates deep into the tissue to the bone. Herpes lesions on the lips resolve very quickly and usually do not recur. TMJ pain in greatly reduced along with facial muscle pain. Cellulitis and dental infections resolve much more quickly. We are discovering more uses for our cold laser every day.
